Marthe Teerlynck
Biography
Marthe Teerlynck is a junior associate in the International Commercial & Trade Practice Group of the Brussels office. She joined Baker McKenzie in 2023.
Practice Focus
As a member of the International Commercial & Trade department, Marthe advises clients on an array of commercial matters, such as business-to-business practices, regulatory issues, product labelling requirements and marketing rules.
She also assists in the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements (including distribution, agency and franchising), and provides assistance to clients in (the stage prior to) litigation, including settlement negotiations.
