Biography
Elsa Dalimier is a senior associate and practices in the ITC Group of Baker McKenzie in Paris.
Elsa mainly advises clients on IT contract law, IT and internet legal issues and personal data law as well as telecommunication law.
She assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of IT contracts (outsourcing, licensing, systems integration, IT services, etc.).
Practice Focus
Prior to joining Firm, Elsa worked for over than two years in information technology law, IT contracts and data privacy law within the French office of an American firm. She has also interned for several Parisian law firms, a publishing company and the Tech Start Up Clinic at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
